Jeff received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2010 and received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 2014. Joining the firm in 2014 as an associate, Jeff is admitted to practice before all courts in Kansas including the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Jeff is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

During his time at the firm, Jeff has practiced before the KCC Conservation Division; and represented clients in landlord tenant actions; debt collections; Medicaid planning and eligibility; contract disputes; arbitration; real estate transactions; municipal law; and general civil litigation.

The bulk of Jeff’s experience lies with oil and gas law. Specifically, he has practiced in the areas of title examination, transactional drafting, leasing disputes, civil litigation, regulatory compliance and conservation practice before the KCC. Jeff is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Oil, Gas and Mineral Law section and is the current president of the Franklin County Bar Association. Jeff is also the current city attorney for Richmond, Kansas.
